The wonderful film »Dernier paysage« (»Last landscape«) reflects the personality and complete works of Josef Nadj like a concave mirror and provides a little help to better understand them. Based on the first version of the stage piece »Last landscape«, which was first performed in 2005, Nadj defines his film as a »self portrait in view of the landscape.« This landscape is only a few kilometres away from where he was born, in Kanjiza in the former Yugoslavia, and exercises an irresistible attraction over him from his childhood.

»Paso doble« was shot during the production of the performance of the same name in the Église (Church) des Célestins at the 60th Avignon festival in 2006. Catalan painter and sculptor Miquel Barceló, born in Mallorca in 1957, shows together with Nadj the act of creating with the matter.
