Access: The Residenz venue is located in an old building. Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, there is currently no accessibility in the Residenz. Schauspiel Leipzig itself is only a tenant here and is therefore not authorized to carry out conversion and renovation work. The venue is located on the 3rd floor and can be reached via a freight elevator, which is operated by our staff. In the event of danger, it is therefore unfortunately not possible to evacuate people who cannot use the staircase independently. If accompanying persons are brought along who can evacuate on their own responsibility, the visit can take place by prior arrangement. Evacuation by Schauspiel Leipzig staff is unfortunately not possible. If you would like to be a guest there regardless of the circumstances, please register in advance with Schauspiel Leipzig's visitor service on 0341 / 12 68 168.
