How to say … ? How to understand … ? And who is speaking?

How do we speak about colonization, revolution or transformation? What do we know about wars and revolutions in other places and at other times? What stories can we tell ourselves that maybe differ from the official history of our respective countries? What responsibility do art, culture and education with their institutions such as theatres, museums and universities have? How many answers are there to the question, who can speak about what? And who is actually “we”?
