What can inclusive cultural practice look like? How can we improve access to local and national cultural scenes for artists with disabilities? How can inclusive cultural work be organised in an international context and what synergies arise from cross-border artistic exchange? These questions are the focus of the INTERNATIONALE BÜHNE INKLUSION (INTERNATIONAL STAGE INCLUSION) symposium, to which the NO LIMITS – Disability & Performing Arts Festival Berlin (13 24 November 2024) and the Goethe-Institut, in cooperation with euro-scene Leipzig and TDJW, are inviting artists and cultural professionals.

With impulses from Theater Thikwa, Insolite Fabriq, Goethe-Institut Lyon, Festival NO LIMITS, Kulturstiftung des Bundes, Schauspiel Leipzig and TDJW, among others. Afterwards, there will be an exchange on the topics of international mobility, disabled leadership, opening processes for inclusion at institutions and festivals.
