In their artistic work, Marie Gourdain and Felix Baumann combine elements of contemporary dance, physical theatre and circus with stage installations and scenographic materials. The workshop focuses on the relationship between body and material, as well as the dialogue between object, performer and space. Drawing on practices from visual theatre and choreographic installation, participants experiment with “body landscapes” and “moving materials”.
The workshop is organised by the Platform for Franco-German Art in partnership with euro-scene Leipzig and LOFFT – DAS THEATER, with support from the Franco-German Youth Office. Public showcase
